Nuvionix Studio — Privacy Policy

1. Single-Purpose Disclosure

The Nuvionix AI Studio Extension operates under a strict single-purpose utility framework to provide browser-native visual generation tools via artificial intelligence. No tertiary background operations are executed. The extension does not inject scripts into unrelated pages, mine browsing history, track user metrics, or perform operations beyond image generation and related billing account management.

2. Information We Process

To provide our creative design tools, we process only the bare essentials:

• Text Prompts: Submitted by you to describe the scene, environment, or asset you wish to render.
• Reference Images: Compressed locally to base64 strings before secure transmission to guide spatial layout, models, or product frames.
• Account Identity:
  • Google Sign-In: Verified Gmail used for a one-time 10-credit free trial and abuse prevention.
  • Agency email/password: Team login credentials for paid agency accounts.
  • Anonymous device UUID: Stored locally in chrome.storage.local and sent as an X-User-Id header before or without Google Sign-In.
• Billing Information: Processed securely by Stripe when you subscribe or purchase credit packs. We do not store, view, or retain credit card numbers on our servers.

Google Sign-In & Free Trial

The Chrome extension uses Chrome's identity and identity.email permissions on first open to offer a free trial through Google Sign-In.

• When you open the extension for the first time, you will see Google's consent screen. We verify your email address through our API at api.nuvionixsystems.com.
• Each verified Gmail account receives 10 free credits once. Reinstalling the extension restores your existing credit balance — a second trial grant is not issued.
• Your email is used for account identity and abuse prevention only. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or resale.
• Paid users who sign in with email and password on the Billing tab do not need Google Sign-In.

Google's handling of OAuth data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and you can review or revoke access at Google Account Permissions.

3. Data Processing & Transference

When you initiate an image generation session, your text prompts and locally compressed reference image strings are securely transferred via encrypted SSL/TLS layers to our backend infrastructure (api.nuvionixsystems.com).

• API Isolation: Our server forwards the request to the OpenAI API pipeline and delivers the generated image back to your browser. OpenAI API keys are stored exclusively on our secure server infrastructure and are never exposed inside the client-side extension package.
• Studio History Gallery: To power your workspace gallery, your generated images and text configurations are safely stored and mapped to your account so you can pull, duplicate, or re-download your past designs from any browser window.
• Credit Mapping: Credit balances, subscription tier metadata, and token usage are stored securely in our PostgreSQL database, keyed directly to your authenticated user profile for billing and usage enforcement.

4. Zero Data-Exploitation Policy

Nuvionix Systems LLC enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding data monetization:

• We do not permanently log, scrape, or stockpile your creative imagery for data scraping.
• We do not use your prompts or images to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or share profiles with data aggregators.
• Your data is never sold or distributed to third-party data brokers or marketing entities.

5. Local Storage & Extension Permissions

To execute code locally within your browser environment, the extension utilizes the following standard Chrome permissions:

• storage: Stores user session state, local UI preferences, and configuration metadata.
• unlimitedStorage: Stores local generation history and IndexedDB workspace data on your device.
• downloads: Auto-saves generated high-resolution graphics directly to your device's default Downloads folder.
• tabs: Required for extension popup and tab context used by the generation workflow.
• identity: Enables Google Sign-In for free trial enrollment.
• identity.email: Accesses your verified Gmail address for trial verification and abuse prevention.
• https://api.nuvionixsystems.com/*: Host permission for API communication — image generation, billing, and trial enrollment.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure

Our software interfaces directly with the following industry-standard, compliant cloud partners:

• Google (OAuth): Handles Sign-In verification for the free trial; subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI: Handles background image processing and graphic generation; subject to OpenAI's Enterprise Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: Handles secure payment architecture and customer billing lifecycle data; subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights & Account Management

You retain full ownership and control over your creative data. You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your account metadata at any time by contacting us at contact@nuvionixsystems.com. Local caching, active session parameters, and workspace setups can be instantly cleared by logging out of the application or uninstalling the extension directly via Chrome Extension Settings.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your billing settings panel or by contacting contact@nuvionixsystems.com. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your current active billing period. One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been successfully applied to your account infrastructure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Material changes will be updated transparently on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the extension after modifications constitutes explicit acceptance of the revised policy framework.
