This Privacy Policy describes how Nuvionix Systems LLC (“Nuvionix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the AI Image Generator by Nuvionix Chrome extension and this website (AI Image Generator marketing site at studio.nuvionixsystems.com).
The Nuvionix AI Image Generator Extension operates under a strict single-purpose utility framework to provide browser-native visual generation tools via artificial intelligence. No tertiary background operations are executed. The extension does not inject scripts into unrelated pages, mine browsing data, or perform operations beyond text-to-image generation and related credit management.
When you initiate image generation, your text prompts and locally compressed base64 reference image strings are securely transferred via encrypted SSL/TLS to our backend VPS at api.nuvionixsystems.com solely to communicate with OpenAI's gpt-image-2 API parameters. Our server forwards the request to OpenAI and returns the generated image to your browser. OpenAI API keys are stored exclusively on our server infrastructure and are never included in the extension package distributed to users.
Credit balances and subscription tier metadata are stored in our PostgreSQL database, keyed to your anonymous client UUID. This data is used solely for billing and usage enforcement.
Nuvionix Systems LLC enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding data monetization. We do not permanently log, scrape, or cache user prompts or images on our servers, and data is never sold or distributed to data brokers or third-party marketing entities.
We do not use your prompts or generated images to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or share with data aggregators. Generated images are delivered to your browser and stored locally on your device (IndexedDB); they are not retained on our servers after the API response is complete.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you (such as your email address associated with a Stripe subscription). To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@nuvionixsystems.com. Local data stored in your browser (generation history, reference deck) can be cleared by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage in Chrome settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting contact@nuvionixsystems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
